TERRIBLE... GO ELSEWHERE.

Don't bother with this company, they do not value customers. I called because I was having trouble getting adequate hot water from all the faucets in my house. The guy said to text him my details and the current problem, which I did and guess what..... NO RESPONSE.
I even messaged the next day to please ask if they could at least let me know whether he could come out, so I would know whether to get someone else out. STILL NO RESPONSE! It's just ignorance. Fair enough if you can't do a job... but at least let the customer know!!! Surely that's common courtesy!!!!!
And no, I'm not a competitor, just a mum to two young kids, who was struggling without adequate hot water. So there you have it... GO ELSEWHERE.

Excellent plumber

Excellent service. Came quickly and we're very efficient. Sorted out original problem with toilet and came back to do a second job which again was quickly sorted. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely use them again.
