Great chap. Called Carl with a sticky situation. Very polite, helpful and accommodating. Although i did not use Carl his outstanding communication and constant replies to my questions were dealt in most professional way. Have saved his number for future jobs. Keep it up Carl.

Replace & repair bath waste and condensate pipe

I rang Carl has we had a problem with leaks
From the bath waste and condensate pipe from the boiler . We needed the job doing ASAP as we had been let down twice .
Carl came round the same day replaced the parts did a great job, explained everything to us. He’s very experienced in his work, very polite, clean ,and tidy . Would definitely recommend Carl for the job .👍🏻👍🏻

Hi ,
Would highly recommend this company. They gave me an appointment quickly at a busy time of year. They arrived promptly and did the job with efficiency. They would have came earlier if we could have made it.They gave my husband some helpful tips and they were very pleasant. Very impressed. We will be using them again next year.
