My car had to be towed today after I was driven into by another driver. I was very glad to see the CCRS truck coming to get my car. Kyle was very friendly and professional and had rung me to say he was on his way and also texted me afterwards with details of where the car had been taken to. A first class service

Untrustworthy, Unreliable, Incompetent

My car was in their garage between Xmas and new year. It took them 2-3 if lies false promises and excuses if why they couldn't fix the car. Possibly down to lack of skilled workers or capacity but transparency and professionalism would have been a better option. Unreliable, untrustworthy and eventually I lost confidence in their approach and asked for my car to be moved to a different garage. Don't waste your time like I did. Jason, Paul and Uel blind leading the blind.

Your Kia Sportage broke down outside Newtownards in the "Live lane" of a high speed Dual Carriageway - not an ideal or safe place to diagnose a fault. Out of good will, one of our passing Off Duty drivers stopped behind the car, with warning light beacons on to protect your ex husband and the rear of your vehicle until we arrived. A CCRS recovery truck arrived and recovered your car from the Live Lane and delivered it to a garage of your husbands choosing - this was at your ex husbands request. Breakdown Recovery of Motorhome.

We took our motorhome out for its first trip and 10 miles from Lisburn we broke down. It was extremely windy and had broken down on the road from Lisburn to Ballynahinch which is a busy road at the best of times never mind a Saturday
We cannot thank Chris enough for coming to our rescue. He contacted us first by phone to let us know his expected time of arrival. When he arrived he talked us through what would happen. He stayed with us and talked us through every step of the way until he got us secured safely on to the recovery vehicle. He drove slowly and cautiously as there was a high wind, he finally got us to our destination safe and sound and got the motorhome parked safely at the side of road. Such a supportive, helpful, kind and well mannered guy were nothing was a bother to him. We would not hesitate in recommending CCRS to anyone who may need assistance with their vehicle in the future. Thank You again Chris for all your help and support.
