Andy and his company were tasked to build a dementia friendly, disabled bathroom and bedroom facility. Their planning was thorough, sensitive and pragmatic. The build involved new windows and significant external adjustments which required temporary security, lighting and access, all of which were carried out quickly and to budget. Internally we needed new flooring, insulation and skilled carpentry. The overall build took three months over which time we got to know Andy and his team well and would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone. CC&M built a kitchen extension for me last year and I'm very happy with the result. Everyone I came into contact with were professional, friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed by the pride everyone took in their work and their attention to detail. They gave a great deal of thought to realising the plans effectively; as an example they managed to ensure that the drains were arranged in a way that avoided having to have a manhole inside as was the case on the original plans. I was also pleased with the way they made sure that I had all the necessary kitchen facilities during the building process so that I was as comfortable as was possible in the circumstances. Would definitely recommend.

CC&M replaced our conservatory with a single-storey extension. The guys who came to work on-site were always friendly, reliable and ready to answer any questions that we had. We have been very impressed by their professionalism and hard work in getting the job done.
