We are a general building contractor based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. As a working director I like to be hands-on with the majority of our work. I am a City & Guilds, fully trained and qualified bricklayer since 1989. We treat Health and Safety as paramount. We keep up to date with first aid and always practice safe working on site with PPE. Toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statements are made out before work commences.

We supply a safe working plan and stick to it throughout. Providing a construction phase health and safety plan prevents accidents and saves lives. We are a registered contractor under the CIS (Construction Industry Scheme). This means we can take on contracts which involve having subcontractors on site. All subcontractors who work on our jobs are registered and genuine under the HMRC. (Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs). We tend to use the same contractors on all our jobs; this way communication is not lost, and we can make a valued team effort to ensure the client is happy with the project.
