I highly recommend this company because they have been amazing from the initial phone call for a quote, right through to the work being completed.

I had a high wall that needed repointing which was only accessible from next door’s garden. They did not hesitate how difficult the job was and within three days the job was completed. I had daily updates throughout and great communication.

I can honestly say they work so hard and made me feel the job was in professional hands. They are very polite and always on time. I wouldn’t use any other company for future work from now on.

I was so impressed with all aspects of their work and I’m looking at booking them for another job.

I had high hopes when choosing to use CB Pointing's services, but my experience was nothing short of disappointingly negative! Not only were their bricklaying skills subpar - leading to an unevenly built wall in our back yard that now needs costly repairs – the crew members appeared hostile and intimidating throughout. They rarely explained any steps they took nor provided updates on progress, leaving us feeling helpless as we watched them botch up what was meant to be a simple task of building a sturdy brick retaining wall. Even after multiple complaints for their unprofessionalism and poor workmanship – not once did they take responsibility or make an effort at redemption; they simply disappeared without so much as providing any kind of apology, leaving us with nothing but wasted time & money!

Had the side of my house repointed by Cb pointing - they promptly provided a competitive quote and completely the work within timescale, Brendon and his team were polite and friendly to work with and I would recommend them

Had the guys round today to rectify a previous roofers mistakes. Extremely happy with the advice they gave us, they explained what was wrong with the previous job, kept us informed at all stages of the work. Even pictures so I could see.
Excellent price, would highly recommend the Lads. Very polite.
Will be using them for further work
