No show

Booked easy job of fitting new bathroom taps 2 days in advance,booking for 9.30am this morning.
9.59 txt from Chris saying he was running late,
At 18.58 I asked where he was ,he said he was driving,I thought driving to me.
13.06 still no show and not answering my txt.
How can i rate anyone who does not turn up to do a job he agreed to do.
If i did rate him it would be 0 out of 10 for professionalism.
Thanks for the wasted morning chris,you could have let me know at 9.59 you had no intention of turning up.

Emergency plumber

Thank you so much Chris for arriving swiftly at my hour of need. Very knowledgable and informative. made me feel at ease.
I was worried about been ripped off as with other plumbers previously.
So much more reasonable than previous plumbers and very thorough.
Would highly recommend and have recommended him to friends and family and definitely will use again.
