DISGUSTED AVOID
1Made a huge order with these - was told it would take a few days and I gave them a weeks grace .
Never received any call the day before regarding the deliver so I called them this morning . No one was aware of my order at first then , I was told it was getting loaded . Another phone called informed me the wood hadn’t even been treated (despite paying for this the week before in full!) .. the it was offered to me the day after which clearly wasn’t what was promised as I had the workers at my property waiting to do the work for my autistic son - along with several volunteers from a charity . Then I was told o could have a a tiny bit of the order and the rest (400+ other pieces of timber) would follow on the week .
I wasn’t even given an apology from FRANK... on asking for a refund , he card details and put the phone on me.
You are the most I professional firm that myself and the charity ever experienced . No wonder no Facebook page to review.
