I recently needed my break pads changing on my Mercedes. As you can imagine I received multiple quotes which were all extortionate. I contacted Ian after completing some research and found his garage. I called him on the number provided and received an excellent level of customer service from the start. Ian was helpful and happy to go out of his way to order the parts and get my car in as soon as possible.
The price was also amazing, the lowest quote I received after speaking with multiple garages. The car was dropped off and the works were completed in timely and efficiently which was important for me due to needing my car for work. I have driven the car since the works and it drives brilliantly and the sensors have also reset. I am honestly so happy and thankful for the customer service and just the general experience I received. If you are looking for a garage that provides a great service, good customer service to complete works on your car then most certainly choose this one.
