I Took my 17 year old Micra in for it's MOT. A couple of things needed doing, they gave me a quote. I returned a few days later, and they completed the repairs while I waited in their customer area, a very comfortable sofa to sit on!...just an hour. The price was less than they quoted as well. The service was good, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very pleased with the service I received at short notice, when the clutch failed on my Fiesta last week. Work completed in a shorter time than that originally given and at a slightly lower cost than quoted:"Under promise, over deliver" surely an important maxim of good business practice which certainly applied here. No hidden charges, all explained to me ahead of time. As for the quality of workmanship, all seems fine with the new clutch so far and nothing leads me to believe it won't stand the test of time.

My aircon wasn't working on my BMW so I got them to have a look, it took them weeks to find out what the problem is before trying to do lots of work that was not needed so accumulate a bill of over £500!
While I was waiting for a courtesy car I over heard one of the staff say 'Can he use the red Micra?' to which his colleague said 'As long as he brings it back by 2pm as shes coming back to collect it then'. So they are obviously giving out customer's cars as courtesy cars!
After a few days I noticed that my engine was making a ticking noise, i look at the oil dipstick and realized it was low, so I bought a liter of oil and poured it in, it still didn't hit the stick, I poured in 3 more liters until it was hitting the dipstick. They had no reason to go anywhere near my engine and my low oil light worked when I booked it in so i'm pretty sure they stole my oil and disconnected the low oil sensor. It certainly didn't burn or drip 4 liters of oil on the driveway in 2 weeks!
