Avoid - terrible service - unanswered phone and messages
1Showed up and diagnosed a fault on our boiler.
Was promised a quotation by email.
4 weeks later nothing. Did not answer cellphone messages/texts or emails.
Only answered the phone when I used a different caller ID.
Completely unhelpful and disinterested in helping. Told the owner I would leave a bad review - he said 'do what you need to do'.
Be prepared that if things go wrong - this company will not answer calls or get back to you in any way.
