Ordered item (cable)costing £24.99). Firm did not supply and ignored communications from myself and Paypal seeking explanation. Based on my experience I can only recommend you do not buy from this compan.y

I took my hi-fi unit into the store on the 23rd of March 2017.

Receipt states that diagnosis of problems takes 7 days. No communication after 7 days so sent a fb message and was advised they were busy. I suggested that if they were snowed under I could collect it. I went down to shop to get clarification because they never answer the phone.

I politely questioned why nobody got back to me in the time stated and was met with the guy becoming huffy and saying he didnt want my business. I arranged to collect later on in the week because it was in bits appaprently but then get a message later on in the week to say they could do the job and it would take 14 days.

From then on I have had to go to store on 3 more occasions to check status only to be told at the beginning of july that they cannot repair.

Very disappointed in this company and i will highly recommend you look else where before using these. They will not give you your money back on your returns and are far from honest traders.


Todays tip stay away from these amateurs .

Don't go near these conmen.
Trading Standards have been inundated with complaints and they were getting taking to court a few years ago so thought they would have been closed down.
I was conned out of £130 - long story!

I put in a small monitor that I use for work. When I tried to check on progress the phone was not answered and emails not returned. The really annoying thing is that you have to sit through 5 mins of automated phone menus then they don't answer!
Finally I turned up to see what was happening, I was annoyed at lack of service and told the guy that they had wasted my time. I was asked if I had heard of the word "courtesy"! What a joke from a place that will show you none. This is no way to run a business. Please avoid. Oh, by the way, they hadn't even looked at the monitor!
