C & C Kitchens

We bought a bathroom from Jack Blair.
Due to pipework the original lay out of bathroom had to be changed. We tried to contact Jack in multiple occasions to discuss the change and how to move forward. He ignored us completely.
After the bathroom was completed, we tried numerous times to contact him. He eventually graced us with a very half hearted reply that it would be dealt with then never heard from him again.
Ultimately we were fitted with a toilet that did not match the bathroom suite we had purchased.
We have been trying to rectify this for nearly 10 months now and he constantly ignores any contact we attempt to make.
His fitter Stuart has been fantastic and we cannot fault any part of his workmanship, it has been fitted to a very high standard and I would go to Stuart direct in future. Unfortunately for him he has been stuck in the middle of this.
Jack Blair will take your money then you will never hear from him again. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I've been very impressed with c and c kitchens both for the quality of the kitchen and the whole experience from the design to the fitting.
The design process was made so much easier by Jack who quickly understood what we wanted to achieve and was able to make appropriate suggestions. He then tweaked the design where necessary until we were confident it was how we wanted it, he was the only kitchen designer that gave us everything we asked for, within budget
The fitting team worked long hours and did a great job and are a credit to the company
The cabinets seem strong and sturdy as well as being really attractive and we now also have an breakfast bar which gives us loads more space which is just what we wanted
All in all, this has been a very positive experience and I have already recommended them to a work college and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other friends and family.
