I had never met Byrne MM before but they were recommended by a friend as being excellent. The first interview lasted almost an hour as I asked a lot of questions all of which were fully answered and I decided to order the black granite with gold lettering. They sent me an email showing the final state of the proposed headstone and surround. The project is now completed and I am very impressed. I have received two phone calls from my friends praising the finished project and the final touches were only made three days ago The project was completed on time and the quality is outstanding. I am a retired school Headmaster and am not easily pleased and a review like this is not given lightly. Thank you BMM
