The first thing that stood out about BWR Tyre Service was their welcoming environment. I really don't leave reviews but very poor. Rude on phone and then I have been ignored for a refunds, I feel I have to help people not fall into the same trap as I did. Just take your time and avoid this company. This seems to have happened with other people.

I had no idea there were such rubbish companies.

How can a company operate without integrity? The incident happened last Friday. We agreed early in the morning that the charge would be 150 pounds, but the driver came and said the charge would be 500 pounds. The money was collected, but the driver left. I called and asked for a refund, and he agreed to refund it. He said that because it was Friday, I would have to wait until Monday before I could make a refund. I asked for a refund every day, but it was delayed day by day. Until today, he said he would not refund.

Very bad!they are tell me deposit 50£.im send already and then tell me been 5minute.im waiting 30minute.i ring them back!they are tell busy eating with family tell me waiting 40minute!im cancel it they are not send me money back. Mai they are charge me 300£ for change new tye
