very thorough .
turned up when he said he was going to. fitted a new boiler after discussing several boilers with me telling me what he thought the pro and cons were with each of them. replaced a couple of radiators.
cleaned up when finished each day..
He has also been available on the phone when I've had a question...
Can't fault him..

After having nightmare couple of weeks with a water pressure problem and being palmed off with various excuses from my home care cover company, all leading to them saying it was an outside issue and to contact Severn Trent I decided to ask Ben to have a look as many people had recommended him. Well all my stress was gone within 30 minutes! Ben came the same day, he was very understanding and professional, explaining how everything worked and what the problem was and fixed it quickly. I would recommend Ben to everyone, his services are excellent and I'm so grateful for the work he has completed with such short notice and such a high standard. Thank you.

Arrived on time, friendly, honest, professional, explained everything, extremely thorough, no mess, knew his stuff, cracked on but didn't rush, top job. Highly recommended. Will be servicing my boiler from now on. Wouldn't entertain anyone else . Local. Fair price. What more can I say !!

Extremely happy with work carried out. Ben ran the pipes neat and tidy so i could have a dishwasher. Very professional. Time management spot on.
