First class. Jason and his team are consummate professionals. Really good to deal with them.

Fitted me in late in the day at short notice. Replaced both rear tyres with all-weather ones at 5.15pm just before closin; good value and seem honest (told me plenty of tread left on the front two). Showed me where the slow puncture was caused by a screw/nail in tyre. Seems cheaper than Kwik Fit and local guys, local business, good service seems important to them.

Poor service, lazy staff

I tried three times simply to get a slow puncture fixed at this place. There always seemed to be a lot of staff standing around and not doing much, and a lot of customers waiting in the cold (there is no waiting area). I finally gave up on the third attempt - it was 15 minutes before closing and they had no business, but they didn't want to do a simple puncture repair, even though they knew I had come to them three times already.

Shoddy service, lazy staff. I'm not going there again, even though they are my local and it will be a detour to find an alternative.

Do not make the same mistake as me, if you turn up at the garage, tyres are a 1/3 higher in price to what is listed on their website!! It's a hell of a mark up to pay for 'whats in stock'. Was forced to use this garage due to a flat, my normal garage sells me the same tyres at the cheaper price, so I don't agree with their excuse of having to buy them in at a higher price to keep in stock. Can't fault the service, but dislike shady pricing practices!! Will not be using again!
