What a breath of fresh air this store is! I ordered an American style fridge freezer with Currys and AO.COM and let both companies know that there were 17 steps up to our house on the island. Both said it wouldn't be a problem yet when the delivery men arrived they all refused to carry it up to the house! Then I ordered it with Buywise over the phone and they assured me that this wouldn't be a problem. They arrived when they said they would and four extremely well built chaps carried it up without any moaning. In actual fact, even through the tricky bit of negotiating it through the internal doors they were smiling and joking and generally just being so accommodating. I cannot recommend this company enough. Even the sales staff on the phone were so helpful. We had almost given up hope of ever seeing this fridge freezer in our kitchen. Well done Buywise, Isle of Wight. You have put the big boysr(retailers) to shame!!
