1Hello Steven A VERY UNFAIR REVIEW especially as i go the extra mile literally for you by as you do not drive WE HAVE ALWAYS PACKED AND DELIVERED YOUR ITEMS TO YOUR DOOR FREE OF CHARGE AND INDEED MY HUSBAND DELIVERING THE ITEMS UP THE STAIRS TO YOUR FLAT FOR YOU and as for the communication apologies but i have contacted you and said i will get back to you asap and yes it has been a few days but as a family run company i have childcare to work around in the summer holidays so i have not been at the auction house much the last week, I pride myself on our customer service as a family company and i apologise if you did not feel you received the service you deserved but i think this review is very unfair and as you know we are closing the auction side of the business due to not having the time to give that side of things 100 %
