Brilliant to find this lovely shop good range of stock and modern patterns. We need shops like this and this one is by far one of the best I’ve found

Poor service and disinterest.

Thought I would support local business but poor customer service - unwilling to help, not have product, not able to order on line or offer alternative! Shop assistants not at all interested in my custom! Came home and ordered on line from a different shop many miles away. So sad 😞

Today I took a special tip so that I could go to Button Knit (thinking buy local, can see and touch the product- not able to do with the online purchases). The opening times changed twice, from 930 to 1000 then 1030. There were obviously staff in the store, and the delivery driver just had to knock!
Being an avid - but slow knitter/crocheter I am not a high purchaser, so may not be a priority customer, but I take the attitude that every little helps. Sorry but you’ve lost me, this is not the customer service that I expect- I’m off to the online sellers they appreciate my custom.
