I am a qualified Childminder and Nursery Nurse and have been working with children and families for 38 years.

I offer Childminding and Babysitting services and 'Free 1 hour childcare for smear appointments' as I live very close to Oldham hospital.

-Wheelchair access to the front via a ramp

- Commode on the ground floor, and an integrated toilet, sink, walk-in shower wash room on the first floor.

- Playroom with toys and equipment for appropriate age groups to allow exciting opportunities for learning and play. - Assorted books for all ages

- Cosy corners

- Large whiteboard and pens at child level.

- Cosy sofa to rest, read, cuddle, listen quietly to audiobooks or have some alone time.

- Areas to sleep (floor mats, sofa, reclining chair, travel cots, bunk beds in a spare bedroom).

- Baby monitor.

- Large garden, natural habitat exploration garden, a small child-safe bubbling fountain, raised bed to grow fruit/vegetables

- Mud kitchen inside a tunnel for shade/shelter

- Access to real herbs/edible flowers to make concoctions

- Waterwall' with solar water pump, foot pumps, irrigation system.

- Ride on toys, swing, slide, hoops, balls, golf

-Playground Chalks to draw with

- Opportunities for outdoor learning and play in the open meadow behind the houses, for flying kites and the local woodland habitat area which are both resident owned and maintained.

- Large extensive park with a securely fenced play area, a cafe with toilets, large football field, older children's climbing area, a woodland area with a shallow stream, and tennis courts.

- Lancaster farm visits with regular fun events throughout the year.

- Library/Art gallery.
