Our qualified therapists use a holistic approach to bring the physical and spiritual bodies back into balance and harmony, assisting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

We have a range of therapies on offer to suit the client’s needs or preference from on-site massage where the client is fully clothed and no oils are used, to full body massage where a base oil is used alone or a blend of essential oils can be created to suit the individual’s needs. We also offer therapies to assist the client on their personal healing journey.

All treatments include a free consultation and aftercare advice.

Diet and nutrition advice is also available free of charge to achieve optimum results from the treatment.

We also provide a home visiting service for clients with mobility difficulties. This includes sheltered housing and care homes.
