Doesn't respond back
1They emailed back with an automated email letting me know that they had received my email and will respond when back in the office.
I was expecting a day or two to hear back from them.
NO!
It has been over a week now and still nothing!
So I will not be using them for my wedding if they are this unreliable!
You must have used the facebook as i dont have an automated email response ? or it was not my company - i only put on the automated when we are on holiday and it would have said that.
