Bury Bowl

Everyone who works there is so lovely! Such a great place to go. Staff is all very approachable and kind. Would 100% recommend! ,Everyone who works there is so kind and friendly, it’s a lovely place to go. Extremely helpful and approachable staff. Would defiantly recommend.

Staff all sitting round tables in the bar area. (Including the manager)
Friendly but not overly helpful.
Empty glasses left everywhere.
No one at the desk to help us when we walked in.

Enjoyed our night because of the company we was in and bowling was fun.
But staff all sitting round and not helpful. It was like we inconvenienced them when we wanted to order drinks and pay for bowling.
Not rushing to go back.

Absolutely horrified how I was treated and spoken to by the manager here at Bury bowl I had to ring and cancel unfortunately but wasn't even able able to give the reason before the lady was shouting at me. I had paid a deposit and told it would not be refunded even tho I was not aware that you don't get your deposit back as this was not specified when I booked which i think is bad. I have given plenty of notice and no doubt the lanes will be booked up as it was a Saturday evening that I'd booked and she said she will be losing money, she wasn't at all helpful and just tried to over ride me on the call the whole time and very rude, what happened to being curtious to the customer when all I wanted to do was cancel and get my refund as I paid quite alot. Disgusting behaviour just a warning to anyone who books lanes and then has to cancel due to unfortunate circumstances beware you will not be helped or listened to and definitely not given a refund of your deposit. Don't recommend.

Just had my twins birthday party here and couldn’t fault it! All the staff made it a special occasion for them! Job well done! Highly recommend

Bury Bowl has been transformed over the last 3 or 4 years and is well worth a visit. Covid friendly as they have a one way system and clean lanes and balls after every game.
The bar and games area have been upgraded and now look first class.
Lovely restaurant area that feels very modern.
All the staff are always so helpful and make you feel very welcome.
The games room has lots to offer from 2p pushers, basketball, Punch machine, Pool tables, Prize cranes and much much more.
The food is great with a new kitchen manager/Chef now in place to add to the great staff that already work at Bury Bowl.
Food is well priced and the sticky toffee pudding is a must.
They have also just added milk shakes that are just so good.
They have a great menu and their is something for everyone.
The bar has a great choice of beers, wines, Cocktails and much more.
This venue is for all ages and a great venue for any occasion.
Great place for a works do or kids party.
5 stars all round.
