We bought a ford eco boost in a rush during a desperate time when we really needed a good stop gap.
Test drive went fine but after purchasing the turbo let go within 2 mins of leaving the garage.
We were told the smoke billowing out was “normal” and told to “keep driving”.

In fairness they replaced the turbo and delivered the car to us.
However since getting a ford main dealer health check we found that the oil hadn’t been replaced properly, tyres weren’t legal (despite passing mot very recently) and there was corrosion which wasn’t mentioned in mot either, also parking sensors don’t work at all when we were told “it’s just a dash board code that needs cancelling”.

SUPERB.
They have to be the most professional after sales customer service garage I have ever encountered. Bought my Porsche from them, had a few issues ( nothing to do with them) they resolved them all perfectly & totally free of charge. They even lent me a car to use while they repaired mine. David , the Sales Manager, kept me informed on every aspect of the repairs that were needed. I have nothing but praise for them & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

If all the Dealers are like this one, we are on a lost world... I contacted them through Autotrader asking for a negotiable price on a BMW GS700, they quickly tried to contact me through the phone but I wasn't able to pick the call, then they replied to me on the person of Jeremy with "what what do you have on mind" and soon as I made my offer, he came back to me with their counter offer, which I accepted as fair for my budget. I requested just few more information and extra detailed photos because the Autotrader advertising was very old (before the summer was posted and still there), after their consent on the person of Julie, I also said I was organising myself to pick the bike up to their location as I had to travel from Bristol. This afternoon I simply received an email stating this "Hi Patrick
Whilst I was out this morning one of my guys sold the f700.
Good luck with your search I hope you find what you are looking for" they didn't even have the decency to sign the email. Awful

I've used many garages/service/repair shops. Took my BMW M5 in today for engine oil and MoT. Technician was extremely skilled, knowledgeable and informative, beyond expectations. Excellent work, service and information by all staff. Highly recommended. Good price too. Will use again.

Did the job on time but wayyyy too expensive.

Needed front brake and disc changing- For my bmw 4 series (without m sport brakes) was charged £499.50. No part number or part price specified so hoping the parts last but no way to verify it.

Wished I'd not rushed and instead waited to get an appointment at the main BMW dealership who quoted me £397.
