AVOID - twice I've been served meat in vegan meals

For the second time in a month, I've been served meat (chicken) in my VEGAN Royale meals. Either so little care is being taken with food preparation that staff don't notice*, or they are doing it on purpose. The first time I complained the staff were awful about it (told me I was wrong, to just eat it, etc - the meat/veg patties are a different shape, thickness, texture and have a different coating, and the veg version doesnt have muscle fibres either....). Thought I'd give them another go - big mistake.

*for those that aren't aware, if you dont eat animal products for an extended period of time, your stomach can stop producing the enzymes required to digest animal protein - it can literally make you extremely ill.

Daniel is a lovely boy and always has a smile on his face. Burger king would be lost without him and the employees around him. The leadership is clearly on the ball and is a force multiplier.

Worst burger for food and service

This must be the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I have been there about 6 times in the last year and they alway get the food wrong 4 out 5 and the card machine partly works. I putting this review on because they just got my order wrong again, Avoid.

0.5* not 1. The place is always a mess. Staff have Little or no Hygiene standards they should not handle food and money without washing their hands first, also they should not be on mobile phones whilst preparing food. Not Recommended, surprised its still open

Letchworth Burger King

Burger King in Letchworth is situated on the outskirts of the town in the shopping park. It’s as close to Baldock as it is to Letchworth in fact. Inside you’ll find quite a well maintained restaurant with ample seating and staff levels for the custom this place attracts. They serve a standard Burger menu and are usually pretty quick to both take your order and then serve you your food. As a vegetarian I can only rate any Burger King so highly because of their lack of vegetarian options. On the plus side, the fries in this place are usually okay unlike the poor standard I’ve experienced in other Burger King branches.
