Florist has been taken over since bad reviews and has had positive feedback I love this shop and the staff so friendly

The flowers ordered (and reconfirmed ) for a funeral were late arriving and had to be put onto the coffin at the house as someone didn't put the orders (3 of them) in the right place at the shop. The undertakers phoned to ask where the flowers were and that's when they realised their mistake. Flowers arrived just as we had to leave for the service adding considerable upset and stress to an already difficult day. The flowers were lovely when they arrived. Equally upsetting was that no one had the courtesy to phone and apologise and I was told that was because they had been too busy making up the order short notice! I suggested a message left later in the day on my mobile would have been appropriate but that was met with indifference. Poor customer service.

Such beautiful flowers and excellent value. I described what flowers I wanted over the phone and they created a bouquet perfectly.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a patronising arrogant owner who enjoys arguing with his/her customers instead of resolving issues and keeping the customer happy. Dying flowers, late delivery, rude and obnoxious. Definitely will not ever recommend.

No refund was given and no satisfactory alternative offer was made to try and keep me as a loyal customer. Clearly the owner does not care if their customers are happy with the service and products they receive. The person I was dealing with over email even tried making assumptions saying 'if we had tried delivering earlier, there may not have been anyone home', which is the most outrageous, stupidest thing I have ever heard. Why tell me a useless scenario? I know for a fact that my sister was home all day. That's like saying 'I would have phoned, but I couldn't guarantee you were going to answer' - logic?! Not buying from ever again.

I always buy my flowers from Bumblebeez. The quality of the flowers and the arrangements made by the florists are top quality and the service is always great. Highly recommend.
