Failed to turn up

Booked Bulwell Aerials to remove my satellite dish. Had confirmation by email of the appointment. I emailed, Facebook messaged and called to confirm, explaining I needed removal for a house sale. I got an email the night before confirming and reminding me of the appointment. Then they didn’t turn up. They have been completely unreachable ever since.
