First class service again from James @ Bulwell Aerials. He came out the same day. Very reliable and very courteous. Good prices too. Would recommend him...

This was a nightmare experience. This company charged us £130 for a new part on our aerial which we later found wasn't replaced. Our reception actually worsened. He pressured us into paying on the spot and promised a receipt which we never got. Ignores all emails and phone calls, but responds to negative feedback on sites like this asking to call him or he has no record of you as a customer. Please look carefully at the reviews left.

I was experiencing problems with the TV signal and Richard at Bulwell aerials suggested it might be the signal booster and amplifier mounted on the aerial. I agreed to go ahead and he did change the booster unit and messed around with the amplifier on the aerial itself. All appeared well when it came to paying the bill which he insisted on paying by bank transfer straight away. A day later the problem returned. It became apparent that he hadnt actually changed the amplifier on the aerial and original one was still fitted. I tried to get in touch but he did not respond to emails or phone calls. I called someone else out who replaced the aerial at a lower cost than paid to Bulwell aerials and the problem went away. Now looking at small claims court. Check the other positive reviews where all of the reviewers type their names in entirely lower case and say very similar things. Make your own mind up whether these are true or not
