Absolutely apalling place ,rude and arrogant staff ,as a retired builder i made the mistake of going here for some materials, never again how they keep trading i will never know ,take note steer well clear

Not happy with buildland

Hi I'm not very happy with buildland we paid for some block pavers what got delivered today I told somebody yesterday that can you please drive up the drive and put them where the two bags are please and I've rang up today day and the lady said that transport was going to get back in touch with me when the driver drop them off he he just just put them on on the side of the road I don't think I'll be using this company again have used them quite a few times they've been really good and yesterday day I tried I'd call buildland four rings they put the phone down then I got in touch with somebody and told them to put it up the drive and they did not listen to me me all they wanted is my money I'm not happy with buildland

Thank you too Rob great customer service. I had a problem. Which was becoming very hard to solve. Other employees did their best to solve it for me. For which I am very grateful.

Horrible service, and rude staff

If I could give negative stars, I would. this branch is incredibly unprofessional, and distinctly unpleasant to deal with. Multiple failed delivery attempts, and very rude staff. Once they have your money they don’t care.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, go somewhere else, anywhere.
