Building Intelligent Construction

I first used Building Intelligent Construction for a major renovation project in 2013 which included converting three small rooms into one large room, designing and building a utilities area and refitting a bathroom and powder room. Since then I have used them for several medium sized jobs and I now contact them for any work I need doing including electrical, heating and plumbing jobs.

I have always found their work to be of a very high quality and their pricing fair and transparent. If there are any problems, they discuss them promptly and openly.

I have no hesitation in recommending BIC. All the work they have done for us has been first rate. They are efficient, punctual and courteous.

Building Intelligent Construction took a lot of stress out of building our new TV studios and redecorating the sanitaries. The director Spas Andreev is very knowledgeable and seems to keep up with the current trends and materials, he is very creative and offered great ideas. The finishing carpenters and painters also did an excellent job.
