I've shopped with Budd Electrical for years, I've always enjoyed the great, friendly service and the best prices. Not to mention the product advice, you can't get that everywhere, especially not on a website, it really matters to me.

Was very disappointed with the customer support from Budd. An engineer came to look at our machine for a £60 call out and said the part needed was unavailable. He recommended buying a new machine from their store with a discount. We got a second opinion from another repair company and they were able to order the part in within a week and fixed the machine. Mostly I was disappointed that it took several phone calls for an engineer to speak to me to try and explain why they can't order parts in, and even then he said the manager was going to call me and they never did (several months ago).

We've just bought a Blomberg washing machine from Budd's. Our not-so-old previous machine developed a fault, which Budd's engineer Dave diagnosed. For various reasons, we opted for a replacement rather than a repair. The entire purchase took just twenty minutes last Saturday - couldn't have been easier - and the new machine has been delivered and installed, and spot on time. Dean, in the shop at Birchgrove, couldn't have been more helpful, they refunded us half of the previous call out charge because we bought the new machine there, and the old machine, plus the packaging from the new one, were taken away for us.
Our first purchase from Budd's, but definitely not our last. A great local company!!

I have had this company come to me twice to do electrical work on my switches and lights and have to say they do an excellent job at a great price. Even better they come out as soon as they can and are always polite and quick.
