Bucks 2 Chippy

Tonight I ordered my first online delivery which consisted of a lightly battered large cod, 2 portions of chips, a doner wrap and a saveloy.
The piece of cod couldn't of had more batter on it even if they tried, the chips were cold, the doner wrap oozed grease and the saveloy was non existent, they didn't even put one in the bag. I'm sitting here gobsmacked, unbelievable. £18.55 wasted!

ordered fish and chips for delivery and it came 20 mins earlier than agreed. Chips were hard flat mostly tiny pieces and stone cold. Fish was nice and white but batter was raw inside just like a bowl of Yorkshire pudding mixture waiting to be cooked. Rang up and could not understand the person on the phone who could not speak English. Had replacement chips, luke warm and too rubbery to eat. Absolutely disgusting!!! Have patronised the Buckminster Road shop for years and expected the same lovely meals from here, Public health inspectors need to do spot checks and close them down, Star rating Minus 9.Yuk Yuk and a thousand times Yuk. Had to have bread and butter instead, Elderly and infirm customer. Wanted a nice cooked meal. Won't ever use them again. If enough people boycott them they won't have any customers.

Just had battered sausage, chips and curry sauce. Really was not happy with food. The battered sausage tasted reheated and chips were dry and very small portion. The chips were £ 1 70 in a small box , only enough chips for one person, there were 3 of us. Disgusting.

CARP, CARP, CARP, move the letters around then, food cold, don't go for delivery.
They will not even acknowledge how carp they are as the food is blooming cold, hope you have a microwave to warm it up. They will not even give you anything back.
Just eat people are understanding and try to do their best, but BUCKS 2 CHIPPY (if I could swear I would do) as they are diabolically rubbish.
Will NEVER NEVER NEVER use them again. What CARP from a part of Bucks Chippy on Buckminster Road, Leicester which is fine.
UNFORTUNATELY, to post a review you have to give a star, I would not even give it the one, although it says terrible, its much blooming worse. minus stars by about 10 minimum.

Wouldn't even give it that. Well where to start! Ordered my food at 5:50 paid in full my food still wasn't here at 7:50! Rang them which the manager said another 20 minutes, refused a refund spoke to me like rubbish. Food finally came. Chips look like they'd be sat there for hours ! My 4!!! Year old Son found the biggest hair in his nugget! Food went straight in the bin! Waste of £17 plus we didn't even get the drinks we paid for. Absoloutly awful place will never step foot in there's again! Will Be taking this further !!! Should be shut down
