Fantastic customer service!

I called yesterday 4/9/24 and spoke with Daniel regarding an issue with my printer. He kindly explained it isn't something they can deal with for me and only Epson themselves. I asked Daniel if they had any printers that would work for my business. Daniel went away and did some research before coming back to me with his findings. Daniel was honest and professional in his email and although i wont be buying a printer directly from them i really appreciated the effort and honesty from him. Would highly recommend speaking with Daniel and Bubble IT

Fixed charging point issue, very helpful

Very good company, I had an issue with my laptop charging point, they were very helpful, explained what was wrong with it and even found an alternative way to charge the laptop so i could get what i wanted off it for work. To keep the laptop working until it was repaired they said i could use the alternative method to charge it. They didn't charge me for the temporary fix or their time either. I will certainly be booking in with them to fix the charging point and anything IT related going forward.

Amazing Company & Amazing Team

Good Company, They saved me a product due to Covid and personal reasons, they worked with me and been good with me. I certainly will be working with them and using them in the future if I ever need anything.

I would fully 100% recommend BubbleIT to anyone for everything they've done for me, It's rare to have a good company like this.

“I was afraid when laptop died but bubbleit was able to restore it to factory settings while saving all of my data, and at a very reasonable price. I am so happy because now machine looks exactly same as i use to have. Thank you so much for helping me out .
