Bad instructors and bad customer service

My son had 6 hours of lessons with a Joshua Lau. Very poor instructor. He Lacks communication skill and stays quiet through lessons. He had a lot to say about his new car he was getting though, kept my son behind after his lesson talking about. I complained and BSM ignored my complaint and never gave feedback. Only after sending 5 emails did I receive my remainder 6 hours worth of money. I asked for a full refund including my 6 hours used, however it was ignored. I wasted £182 and just about got my remainder £182 back. Please avoid and use another company. The Brand BSM is not as it used to be…
