Simon Bryant and his team have carried out many projects, large and small, for us over the last ten years. We feel lucky that we have such a highly professional company to rely on. I cannot fault Simon's approach because it is almost impossible in the building trade to find someone with the level of professionalism that he exudes, from the initial quotation to the final snagging. The work is always carried out on time, to budget and all of the team are so tidy and respectful.

Simon Bryant and his team recently completed a six-month major renovation of my Victorian terrace. All his work – from complicated steelwork, floor laying and bathroom installation to delicate tiling and decoration – was very good indeed. We couldn't be happier with the results. Simon is very conscientious – he works to best practices – and his experience is broad. He was always flexible and happy to meet my often pernickety requests. He has excellent local contacts for materials and other specialist trades, which simplified a potentially complicated project. Simon and the guys were so friendly, hard-working and competent that it made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable!
