My Mum is housebound and has been in/out of hospital for the last 6 months. Her dentures needed to be adjusted. Shailesh - Clinical Techician managed to arrange a home visit on the same day I called the Lab.

He was so attentive, courteous, efficient and gentle. He adjusted Mum's dentures and ensured she was comfortable and satisfied with how it fitted and felt in her mouth.

I had some issues with my denture. After a visit to the dentist I was offered expensive repairs or a new denture at £1200. I rang Brunswick and explained the problem and also explained that I felt uncomfortable being seen with no teeth. I was quoted £50 to replace a broken tooth on the denture and told that it could be done same day. Due to circumstance I left the denture late Friday afternoon and collected at 3 on Saturday afternoon. The denture looks amazing, you would never know it had been repaired . The gentleman, Shailmesh Patel, I dealt with was both friendly and informative. I asked before I left about the possibility of him making me a complete new denture and was quoted £650! £550 less than my dentist quoted. When the time comes for new dentures I will use Brunswick Dental Labs. Stress free fast efficient friendly service.

Shailesh is a true master of his profession. Needing initially a repair before new dentures, the repair was done promptly and at a reasonable price. I opted to have new dentures made here directly rather than through my dentist and went for metal instead of acrylic (full upper/partial lower) and am glad I did. The new dentures are tremendous. They look good, feel good, are comfortable, fit well and were delivered at a truly fair price. A couple of minor adjustments were needed and offered without any problems. After years of wearing dentures I can honestly say these are the best I've had and would recommend Brunswick Dental Laboratory and Shailesh without any hesitation.

I found the service offered to me extremely time efficient, useful and simple to use. I was at a place of need when I called and although the shop was closed that day the kind owner understood how awful it was for me to have lost my front tooth. I arrived and was met with empathy kindness and professionalism. The entire process was complete within two hours and two teeth added to my denture. The final result was good looking and comfortable.
