Had a problem with the wireless mode on my iMac. Called Bruised Apple and left a message. They called be back the same day. After explaining the problem they were happy for me to drop off them machine, which I duly did.
Two days later got a call to say all was fixed, but suggested that I upgrade the hard drive to an SSD, which I did. So within 24 hours of that call, all was fixed, new hard drive with all the data transferred and the wireless works perfectly, and all at a very reasonable cost.
Cannot fault the service or the customer service. I have recommend them to anybody I know with an Apple machine.
Wished all companies were this good. Thank you so very much

Great and fast service. I saved a few hundred pounds with a bruised apple. because even the apple store didn't know how to fix my macbook. And did want me to pay £500!!!

I have been a customer of Paul's for a good number of years. His service is exemplary and his knowledge of Apple products superb. I recommend him highly.

Repair was for a 2015 Macbook Pro with startup issues and untimately a dead screen. Diagnosis was that the backlight controller had failed on the motherboard, requiring board-level repair by a third party. This was done, but the failure had killed the screen as well. Also the third party recommended battery replacement as it was starting to warp. Repaired machine works as original and all data was retained. Total time to repair was 12 working days, including 4 days at the third party and ordering of new screen and battery. I don't know how this compares, but Paul seemed very busy and had to be chased a few times for updates on progress.
