Currently having a property portfolio of seven … I was struggling to keep up to date with tenants and paperwork such as Safety Certs, Tenancy Agreement Renewals etc, so started searching for a local property management company to take over … I met with Sandie and instantly felt at ease … Sandie is amazingly knowledgeable on anything property related, so professional but incredibly friendly and helpful with all my tenants. I cannot recommend this company enough. All paperwork, tenant liaising is dealt with by Sandie and all maintenance covered by her delightful husband, Gerry who deals with all Heating, Electrical and Plumbing issues
