Would give - 5 if I could. My car went in for a Air Con regas. Its always been tested for leaks not this time!! Didnt ask for a test didnt get one!! Browns did the regas to find my car needs a new condenser and im now out of pocket by £150!! Shocking customer service. Wont be going back there!!

Great service today from Browns Autocare. Unlike many garages Lee looked after my car with the care and respect. Service carried out quickly and cleanly and both car and owner much happier for the experience. Thank-you. Highly recommended. Book him while you can, this guy is going to get busy!

I am a motor dealer in Scotland. I sold a car (Fiat 500) to a lady in Preston who sadly had a problem with the car just days after collecting. I found Brown's Autocare via Yell.com. I dealt with Lee who was a complete professional throughout. He called upon my customer within the hour and correctly diagnosed the fault. The offending part was ordered and fitted the next day. I was kept fully informed through the whole process. I could not have asked for more.

I am one very happy customer.
