Broomheads Estate Agents

Looked round a 2 bedroom apartment today! the description of the apartment was exact when i viewed it. i want to say a massive Thank-you to the women who shown me round today. i can’t remember her name though :( she was very polite & understanding. its my 1st move out too all the staff at Broomheads are all good mannered.

I have used this agent and in my opinion have found them to be very unhelpful lazy arrogant and rude. I would not ever use this agent again in my opinion they are a complete waste of my time and money. I think the staff have the worst attitude towards paying customers they have also had a previous review i made removed. They clearly do not like anyones opinion which is how they behaved all the time when i was dealing with them. I have every right to put my personal opinion of the service i received from them which is the whole point of a review site. If anyone reads most of the other reviews online for broomheads im not the unhappy customer.

Wasted our time for six weeks, had to chase it every step of the way. Could never get through to the applications team on the phone and when we did get through they tried to dismiss us. Deliberately unhelpful, lied to us and refused to accept any responsibility for the time it had taken.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Honestly would not even give 1 star rating!
Been treated absolutely appallingly by Broomheads, they dont give a care in the world, have -unfortunately- been stuck in a flat let by them for a year now and have been constantly on at them for certain problems to be fixed since the summer time in preparation for the winter, surprise surprise nothing was done. I eventually was given the landlords mobile number to sort it out myself after a specifically unhappy email with them. The landlord himself was kind enough and attempted to sort the problems I had, however, still only half of it was sorted. Our landlord had also told us to contact him directly as he also thought Broomheads were useless!
Now trying to leave my tenancy and they could not be ruder.
I would most definitely not be surprised if I need to enter into a dispute with this company.
Would never go on a lease with them again, terrible and extremely poor.
