Just had our Nissan Duke delivered back to us ..I can’t state highly enough of the absolute brilliant service from this company.another car went into the side of ours 6 weeks ago..they picked it up on the 6th of this month.done an absolutely fantastic job..
So I’d like to thank the ladies who work on the phones who are amazing a credit to the company and a massive thank you to the guys who repaired it .you would never know it’s been repaired.

Just had my Audi repaired by this company and to be honest cannot rate them highly enough. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and hassle free. The staff on the front desk were polite, understanding and very professional indeed. The car was in the body shop for one week and I was continually updated on how the process was going along and when it was expected my car to be finished. This helped and was very convenient with regard to the returning of my hire car.
In handing back to me I could not believe the standard of work that had been achieved-remarkable!
I would not hesitate and will certainly use this company again. I would also without doubt recommend this company as the level of service, workmanship & professionalism was second to none.

Excellent communication from the team kept fully informed of what was happening, parts a little harder to procure in these times however car was fully repaired washed and valeted and returned to me in good order. Shout out to Chloe for excellent comms, thanks Brooklands Team

The repair on my car is good. However a repair that should have taken a week took 20 days. Communication regular, but in accurate.
