I cannot recommend this garage highly enough, Mick was from start to finish reliable, trustworthy and honest, he went above and beyond to help me and get my car back on the road, I stupidly forgot to replace the water cap and drove a long way before the whole engine seized up, I was quoted £6000 by a garage in Exeter and found Brook Street Motors on the internet, bury based but Mick drove a round trip of nearly 500 miles to collect and tow back my car and complete the work on it, he was extremely fair with pricing and kept me updated throughout the process, he went the extra (220!) mile to source an important component for my engine at no extra cost, a genuine and trustworthy man who could see I was in dire straits and helped me out of a very difficult position, They are reliable and honest and have a new customer in me, I will tell all my friends and family about the exceptional service and quality of work Brook Street Motors provide. I can’t praise them and of course Mick.

Absolutely brilliant garage, Mick and team are hardworking caring and rleisble and trustworthy. Went today with my car and all sorted. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service helpful friendly outstanding in all aspects will use them again

Just a heads up for anyone purchasing a vehicle from here.
I recently bought a combo van in December 2020 and it was sold as seen. I paid £1395 for it and found out it was worth below £200. 2 days after buying the van the exhaust wasn’t fitted correctly and I had to take it back to be adjusted. A day later it came loose again so I had to go back. A week after this had been corrected I noticed a lot of noise coming from under the van especially when turning corners and going over humps and pot holes so I decided to get a different mechanic to take a look. He highlighted numerous problems with the van so I had no choice but to bring the van back to bury street motors to get the work done on it and still there is multiple problems with it after numerous attempts of trying to get the work right!
Mick (the owner) is a lovely guy and seems to know his stuff but he has a bloke called Andrew selling motors off his forecourt that he knows nothing about it’s just a quick sale.
Be warned.
