Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with avoid like the plague

Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole absolutely shocking bought a £600+ cooker August 2020 blew up three months later they arranged a repair only for the oven to stop working won’t refund and just found out it’s a graded cooker terrible customer service had to buy another new cooker 7 months since buying from this pack of robbers. Been told the appliance was dangerous hence having to buy a new one.

Cooker arrived for the enamel tp peel off replaced the range for 2nd to fuse the power when you turned the oven or grill on was told my fuse board was at fault new house dont think so, sent an engineer to be the delivery driver who was not qualified to repair a dual fuel cooker asked for his qualifications and insurance could not produce anything to be told he was my friend

worst customer care iv ever encountered

the cooker arrived and gas engineer condemned as unsafe. the rear had screws missing. leisure have on the system that cooker was reported faulty and was not a new model. I reported this straight away and never got one reply. I contacted meny times. I had to to go to paypal and ebay to get money back . I had to pay to be courier back . didn't honour the warranty. just shocking .
