Britten's Bathtime was established in 1982. We are a family run business with years of experience in providing excellent customer service. We are generally well known in the trade by all the leading manufacturers, including Ideal Standard, Twyfords, Shires, Visions and Keramag. Our prices are extremely competitive and usually we will not be beaten. We have shown a selection of bathroom suite manufacturers together with a few specialist "bath only" suppliers. This is just a small proportion of traditional, modern and contemporary sanitary ware that we offer. We supply a vast amount of shower cubicles and have many cubicles by different manufacturers on display including Daryl, Huppe, Aquadart, Manhattan, some of which also offer a bespoke service. We specialise in a vast array of radiators from towel ladder rails to eye-catching radiators in varying forms of sculpture. needed to get a new seat for an Italian toilet which according to "experts" and flash bathroom web sites would be extremely difficult. Took the dimensions in to Brittens the guy in there took ten minutes to sort it and the seat was on the bowl an hour later, no fuss, no drama, not expensive just someone who knows his job, Unhesitatingly highly recommended.

As a company we do our best to sort out any problem that does arise. On the odd occasion things do go wrong which are out of our control but we do our best to get it sorted and the manufacturer did replace the item free of charge and paid for the re-fitting. Customer then got funny by adding costs like wanting brand new taps and bath panels claiming that he was entitled them and now the first lot he had from us where now second hand after only having them fitted for a few days. At one point hotel costs where then sent to us because he was with out a bath for half a day and had to stay in a hotel overnight due to the stress of it all. We take pride in everything do and do our to make every customer special. But we wont be held to ransom when there is proplems.

Brittens Bathtime - RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely rubbish customer service!!! - Bought a bathtub and when it had arrived there was a group of chips in the tub, called Brittens Bathtime and they would not even take a look at it, saying "its your fitters fault they damaged it, cant do anything about it" (obviously they know without even seeing it right?). So we called up the manufacturers ourselves they said it was a MANUFACTURING FAULT (called scales) said they will send us a new one to Brittens Bathtime. Which of course lead to more problems as Brittens Bathtime were messing us around with delivery STILL BLAMING OUR FITTERS FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE BATHUB THOUGH - I guess some people just really are stupid! "Great customer service"? YEAH RIGHT!!!
