British Military Martial Arts Leeds is a Martial Arts academy mixing Military skills with Martial Arts foundations. Classes available Monday to Friday in Meanwood, Crossgates and Lower Wortley.
Classes for:
Little Soldiers (4-7 years) to help teach the foundations in Martial Arts and help with core skills such as balance, coordination, fitness and much more in a fun and animated environment.
Cadets (8-13 years) To teach children respect and discipline as well as help with fitness, self defence, work towards goals and make new friends.
Adults (13 years plus) a combination of military style fitness and martial arts to provide an all round class.
