Had a prince of Wales check Ralph Lauren suit supposedly invisibly mended here! Sent a third-party to pick it up or I never would’ve paid. An appalling job and incredibly expensive. Obviously some of the work out to somebody who’s rubbish!

Beyond belief

I had a jacket that was very special and found a hole in a very prominent part of the sleeve. I honestly didn't think anything could be done about it. But I found out about these guys, sent the garment to them and it was returned with such a good repair that I didn't know where the hole had been. Fantastic workmanship. Long may you continue.

FANTASTIC SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC SERVICE. THE RESULTS OBTAINED ON A SMALL CIGARETTE BURN ON MY SON'S JACKET SLEEVE WERE REMARKABLE. WE HAD A LOCAL TAILOR TRY AND THE OUTCOME WAS THAT A NEW SUIT WOULD BE NEEDED. THEN SOMEONE RECOMMENDED THE "BIMS".
THE REPAIR COST £95, WHICH SOUNDED EXPENSIVE, BUT AS EVER, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, AND IT WAS FAR LESS THAN A NEW SUIT! SERVICE WAS VERY SPEEDY INDEED. WOULDN'T HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN, AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYONE!

Awful

1
Last week i took 2 pairs of pants to them, one for repair and one to be hemmed. I arrived to find a back in 5 minutes sign on the door. i waited about 8 min when a guy turned up. He didn't offer an apology and just unlocked the door as if i wasn't standing there. He was very rude and acted like i was bothering him. I was on my day off and wearing jeans so maybe that was it. He told me it would be £300 to fix the tear in the first pair of pants! I obviously said no, but left the other pants to hemmed. He quoted me £16.80 to do the hem. Expensive, but i went ahead. He told me it is policy to get a deposit or they won't do the work. I gave him £10 to get the hem done. My GF went to pick up the pants today and came home telling me they insisted that i didn't pay a deposit and charged her the whole £16.80. It's not worth the £10 to go ask for it now.
