Poor service
1At no point did Caroline tell me my bed must be dismantled first, nor that I would have to assemble the new one. When the delivery men arrived they refused my donation based on the fact it was in one piece. Why did no one tell me before? It was not mentioned at any time.
Think Caroline wanted me out of the shop ASAP.. I won’t come again..
