We now have over 170 Furniture & Electrical shops which makes us one of the largest furniture retailers in the UK, selling sofas, beds, TVs, washing machines and much more.

Awful collection service

Rang for them to pick up two newish sofas. Waited in the house all day. They came and said they weren't good enough because they had the smallest mark on them. Consultant at work had the exact same problem on the same day! Bad service and seriously lazy sofa lifting men! They couldn't be assed! Disgrace

Still waiting

We decided to have a clear out and after a ruthless cull we had a donation of two large bin bags of resaleable clothing, 3 coffee tables and a excellent condition working television. We rang this branch (Bootle) and were told, for our postcode it would be a Tuesday collection at 8-30am so make sure you are up. Having got up early that Tuesday we waited for the collection till 2-00pm no one came. We rang the branch to tell them we had some business to do and it would be a waste of time them coming for that day now. We then recheduled for the following Tuesday any time after 8-30 we were told. Guess what nobody turned up yet again. We thought we would give them a ring the following morning as perhaps they maybe had some problems like the van broken down,couldnt locate my address etc etc. A lady answered and it was explained about the two missed collections,she first of all said we hadn't made any request but on further looking agreed we had. Without even a apology she requested our phone number again and promised to get back to us. You will never guess what, we are still waiting. What an ambassador for British Heart Foundation!!!! We will now be donating to a more organised and grateful cause. I would give a rating of 0 but it wont let me.

To add to the review from GG85.
