Poor Service - late and wrong vehicle

Booked a return trip to Heathrow Terminal 5. On both occasionally sent a vehicle that could not fit 4 suitcases when that is exactly what was booked in advance. Driver turned up in a Prius and had to put a suitcase up in the front seat and all hand luggage in the back with myself and my family.

On the return trip driver turned up over an hour late with the excuse of traffic given yet no traffic on journey home and constantly lied too that the driver was just parking up for the entire hour he was late.

When voicing my displeasure at the poor service offered £5 off the fair!!!

Shocking service and will never use again and recommend avoiding to others to ensure you actually turn up on time and get the actual vehicle you booked. 1* is only because can not give zero.

Car never turned up and told me they didn’t have any drivers after I booked 12 hours earlier and didn’t tell me til 15 min after he was due to arrive

Terrible. One hour late! Dozens of other companies showed up on time. Not these people.I called numerous times trying to find out where the driver was. The responses were varied, and obviously all lies. DO NOT USE THEM!

I called them late in the evening for 2 urgent orders at 3am and 6 am to heathrow and gatwick. They arrived for both trips on time, in a smart outfit, with a very friendly, professional, and helpful attitude. Both trips were really smooth, and called them again the following day for another heathrow journey. I definitely recommend them.

Without a doubt the best airport transfers I have ever had. I used Britainnia Minicabs for transfers with LGW and LHR and both have been spot on. Thank you. 100% recommended
